Xymox polyester flex circuits are screen printed silver circuits on polyester. They are used as cables to interconnect electronic devices or as a switching device. Xymox can add surface mount components to the flex circuits including resistors, LEDs and capacitors.
Polyester flex circuits are a lightweight, low cost alternative to traditional polyimide flex circuits or printed circuit boards.
Polyester Flex Circuits are used in telephones, industrial controls, POS materials, medical equipment and scientific instruments.
State-of-the-art, pick-and place equipment mounts components on the circuit. The machine shown above is capable of accurately mounting 10,000 components per hour.
